Mostreremo la nostra coltivazione di ortaggi e verdura, gli ulivi secolari presenti nella campagna e effettueremo la mungitura delle capre, materia prima del nostro Cacioricotta Slow Food. Alla fine della visita verrà offerta una degustazione con “pane tuosto e pummarola”, formaggi di varia stagionatura con marmellata e altri assaggi a seconda della stagionalità.
